We are very excited to collaborate with SMAK Wines for Fiona’s first winemaker dinner! Join us on Sunday November 3rd for a vertical tasting of her Abstract No. 1 Cabernet Franc Rosé. As these are Fiona’s research and development wines, she will go into detail on how each vintage differs from another, and what she was trying to learn and achieve with each vintage. You will be tasting the 2021 and 2022 Vintage from Fiona’s cellar, and her current 2023 release.

We are offering 2 dinner seating options - 5pm and 7:30pm.

• Twice Cooked Sichuan Style Pork by Asian Fusion

• Biang Biang Noodles by Wallala Dumplings

Tickets are $60 per person including tax and gratuity. Reservations required.
